Pedal & Shift is a business development consultancy based in St. John's, helping technical service companies grow in the ocean tech and renewable energy sectors — across Atlantic Canada and into European markets. I reached out cold in April 2024, and what started as a single conversation turned into an ongoing hourly engagement. Since then, I've become their go-to designer for both P&S's own marketing materials and the design deliverables they provide to their clients.
